If you are a carer of a person who is over 65 years (or over 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders) and has difficulty with every day tasks you may be eligible for funded services.

If you are a carer of a person who is under 65 years and has difficulty with every day tasks at home due to physical or mental impairment related to short term health needs, chronic illness or a disability you may be eligible for funded services.

Gateway Health offer a range of services to support carers to manage their caring role and improve their wellbeing.

Upper Murray Family Care offer a range of services and opportunities for the aged and those living with disability to ensure that they, and their carers, have all the support they need.

The Victorian Support for Carers Program provide respite and other support to carers of people with care needs. You may be supporting a person with a disability, mental illness, chronic condition, an older person with care needs, or a person in palliative care.

In North East Victoria, this service is provided by Gateway Health.
