Victorian Healthcare Experience Survey
The Victorian Healthcare Experience Survey (VHES) collects experience data from consumers who use Victorian public health services. The survey aims to understand the experience of care in Victorian public health services from consumers and, where appropriate their carers. The survey is conducted by Ipsos, an independent contractor, on behalf of the Victorian Agency for Health Information (VAHI), a division of the Department of Health.
