Alpine Health now offering incentives to recruit new staff
5 January 2023
With the Australian labour market as tight as seen in nearly a half century, businesses are turning to recruitment incentives to attract new staff. In healthcare the practice is growing and specifically concentrated on those ‘critical in person’ roles where remote work isn’t possible including Registered Nurses and Home Care Support Workers.
Alpine Health have had to rethink recruitment to compete on a much larger stage and are trialling a number of new recruitment incentives both locally and internationally to attract the best talent to the region.
New staff recruitment incentives
- Only available for Registered Nurses (including District Nursing) and Home Care Support Workers
- $5,000 recruitment incentive (Pro-rata for part time)
- Minimum contract hours of 0.4 FTE per week.
- Includes the recruitment of qualified international registered nurses.

Successful traineeship applicants would also be eligible for the $5,000 recruitment incentive (pro-rata).
If you are a school leaver undertaking a gap year before a career in health care, are looking for a career change, or looking to upskill... this may be for you!
The CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support course is designed for those who intend to work in Home and Community Care (HACC) or in Aged Care.
