Notice of Change of Service

Alpine Health Community Care Services will have changes to service on the 25^th December 2020 to 26^th December 2020 and 1^st  January 2021.

• Home Care and Respite Care Services have been cancelled on these public holidays.
• Personal Care will be provided unless this office has been notified that you do not require service during this time. 
• Meals on Wheels delivery service will continue as usual.

Visitors over the holiday period

If clients have families visiting during the holiday and festive period,  it is best to cancel your Domestice Assistance service, and/or other services as we understand that your family members will be assisting you.

Please contact the office to put your services on hold until your family members have left and you require your services again.
