At Alpine Health, we care for people at every stage of life — from urgent care and hospital treatment to aged care and support at home.
Many of the small but important improvements that make care more comfortable and personal are made possible by donations from our community.
Your support helps local people receive the care they need, close to home.
How your donation can help
Donations support practical improvements that make a real difference, including:
- equipment that keeps people safe and comfortable
- improvements to patient rooms and shared spaces
- programs that support health, recovery and connection
- initiatives that help people stay independent and live well
Every donation — large or small — helps improve care for people in our community.
All donations are used to support local services and care.
Giving in memory of a loved one
Many families choose to make a donation in memory of someone special instead of sending flowers. A memorial donation is a meaningful way to honour a life and support care for others in the future.
If you would like your gift directed to a particular hospital, aged care home or service area, please let us know — we will do our best to respect your wishes.

Leaving a gift in your Will (Bequests)
Some people choose to leave a gift to Alpine Health in their Will as a lasting way to support their community.
A bequest helps ensure future generations can continue to access care local, high quality care.
If you are considering this option, we encourage you to speak with your legal adviser. We are also happy to have a confidential conversation with you about how your gift could make a difference.
How to make a donation
You can make a donation in a way that suits you:
- In person - Visit reception at any Alpine Health hospital site with your completed Donation Form.
- By phone - Call 03 5751 9340 and we will guide you through the process.
- Email or Post - Download and complete the Donation Form and return it using the contact details provided.
Directing your donation
If you would like your donation to support a specific area — such as aged care, urgent care, community health or equipment — please tell us.
We will ensure your donation supports care where it is needed most.
